MISCONDUCT POLICY

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voice-mail system. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment you will be required to pay 50% cost of the treatment as booked.

If you reside outside of Hamilton/Stoney Creek, please book appointment over the phone or text. You can book an appointment through the online schedule 48 hours or more in advance. You will be contacted by the massage therapist within 24 hours of booking to confirm time and address. At that time, you will be asked to provide a credit card to hold your appointment spot. Nothing is charged to that card until you confirm that is the preferred payment method after your appointment is completed.

We provide 100% therapeutic massage therapy ONLY. If there is any inappropriate behaviour, comments or acts before, during or after your massage session, the therapist has the right to terminate the treatment and the client will be charged the full session amount.
